Making an appointment

Appointments can be booked in person, over the telephone by calling 0161 903 9010, or using online consultations.

We also have a number of appointments with Doctors that can be booked online. For this service please request a registration form at reception. You can email reception they will email you the forms.

Online Consultations
You can contact us for non-urgent matters by clicking here Online Consultations : You can use this form to contact us about medical or administrative queries, book an appointment, order medication, request sick notes.
This is not for Urgent requests.
Once you have answered the questions the form will be viewed and actioned within 4 hours, if the request is sent after 2.30 pm you may not get a response until the next day. We may respond asking for further information depending on your request.

Urgent Requests

If you have an urgent request during our opening hours, please contact us on 01619039010, if it is outside of our opening hours please contact 111. In an emergency please contact 999 at all times.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. 0161 903 9010
